Teak is native to Myanmar, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Laos and other countries. It is the main tree species for afforestation in Southeast Asia and one of the most precious woods in the world. Teak is known as the "king of all trees" and is called the "national treasure" in Myanmar and Indonesia. The surface of high-grade teak furniture is rich in oil, which oxidizes to a golden luster and has delicate ink lines. The growth cycle of natural forest teak is long, and it takes at least 50 years to become useful. Generally, the diameter of a 70-year-old teak is only 40cm, and the usable heartwood does not exceed 35cm, so the price is also relatively expensive. The growth cycle of planted teak is shorter, generally around 20 years. Teak furniture is a precious hardwood furniture. Currently, China does not produce teak. The teak furniture in our store is directly imported from Indonesia.
Teak has many advantages, and Indonesia, which is rich in teak, calls it a national treasure.
1. Teak contains natural grapefruit fragrance, which can effectively purify the air, relieve tension and facilitate rest and sleep.
2. The texture of teak is delicate and beautiful, and the wood is firm and durable. Teak is highly resistant to decay and weathering, easy to construct, and not easily deformed in various climates.
3. Teak has a high oil content and becomes smoother with longer use.
4. The longer it is used, the more golden the color will be. The color of the planed surface is oxidized by photosynthesis, and the wood surface will become brighter with the passage of time.

Wood is the primary resource used in our business and we take great responsibility when choosing where to source it. On one hand, the reclaimed old teak we use has a history behind it, dating back more than a century. The wood mainly comes from destroyed buildings. Through a thorough recycling process, the teak is given a new lease of life and its long-hidden beauty is restored. Our new teak, on the other hand, is sourced from government-controlled plantations that are certified to meet strict environmental sustainability standards.

Put into production
Once the wood is ready, production will begin immediately, and the most suitable wood will be selected according to different parts of the furniture. Each piece of wood is processed and different techniques (such as "finger jointing" or "mortise and tenon joints") are used to achieve a perfect connection. We use the best accessories to ensure a perfect fit and ensure the longevity of the product.

Dry Wood Process
Wood drying procedures are very important to ensure optimal moisture content. Old teak has gone through a long natural drying process, so it is very stable. New wood is fumigated immediately upon arrival at the factory and placed in a drying kiln. This precise drying process will reduce the risk of cracking in the wood and structural distortion of the furniture.

Wood surface treatment
Fine and thorough sanding and surface treatment are key to giving furniture touch and style. We have different types of surface treatments such as smooth and natural wood texture, which maintain the beautiful appearance of natural solid wood texture. All metal parts are painted in a highly efficient electrostatic spray oven to ensure a high degree of protection against rust and scratches.

Furniture features:
No filler is used to maintain a clean look.
The wood grain on the front is neatly arranged and the texture is elegant.
Use different water-based paints to make the overall color uniform, and the paints do not contain harmful chemicals that harm the skin.
The outer layer of water-based paint is then coated with NC paint to enhance the protection of the wood surface.
Daily maintenance:
Daily cleaning:
Wipe dust with a soft cloth, the cloth should not be too hard.
To remove stains:
Use a neutral detergent diluted in warm water. Do not use corrosive or chemical cleaners.
If the wood surface starts to dry, use a cotton cloth to apply teak oil or wood wax oil once every six months to keep it moisturized and make the wooden furniture more durable.
